Delete your account

You can request deletion of your HezzoSoft account and all associated personal data at any time. This page applies to all apps published by HezzoSoft on the App Store and Google Play.
Option 1 — Inside the app
- Open the app and sign in.
- Go to Profile / Settings.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Option 2 — By email
- Send an email to [email protected] with the subject "Account deletion request".
- Include the app name and the email address or phone number linked to your account.
- We will verify the request and confirm once your account is deleted.
What gets deleted
| Data | What happens |

| Account profile (name, email, phone) | Permanently deleted |
| Content you created in the app | Permanently deleted |
| Device and push-notification tokens | Permanently deleted |
| Crash and diagnostic logs | Anonymised; automatically purged within 90 days |
| Transaction records required by law | Kept only as long as legally required, then deleted |
Deletion is completed within 30 days of your request. Deleting an account does not cancel a subscription purchased through Apple or Google — please cancel it in your store account settings.
